The Junior race costs £5 and is aprox 2 miles of trails starting in front of Abbotsford House on the banks of the river tweed. Abbotsford House is a historic country house in the Scottish Borders, near Melrose, on the south bank of the River Tweed. It was formerly the residence of historical novelist and poet, Sir Walter Scott. 

Sir Walter Scott’s Abbotsford remains today

as one of the most famous houses in the world.

The Junior race is suitable for all ages. (Under 8 years can take part but must be acompanied by an adult).

There will be a specialy designed medal for all finishers.
