 All events will have their entry capped 

Due to COVID restrictions the organisers have had to increase entry fees. The facility costs have increased significantly due to a longer timetable and the additional hire of the indoor football pitch for warm up and bubble segregation. Governing body guidelines have also put a restriction on the number of entries.

Entry fees for each meeting

Track Entries are £16.00 per athlete to cover two races

(In the event of cancellation track events will be refunded at £15.50 for event organisers to cover additional transaction fees incurred.)

Field Entries are £8.00 per athlete, limited to one event only 

(In the event of cancellation field events will be refunded at £7.50 for event organisers to cover additional transaction fees incurred.)

Field events are each scheduled for 60 minutes. Athletes will get 2 warm-up attempts followed by a minimum of 4 competition attempts, more if time permits. High jumpers will only get a maximum of 8 competition jumps. 

      Notes:

·       Athletes must be at least 9 years of age on day of competition.

·       All athletes must be unaccompanied. No access to the facility for parents or guardians, athletes will be chaperoned by volunteer stewards.

·       Coaches must register attendance in advance.

·       The events will be graded and pooled on performances provided and open to all male and female age groups, including athletes with disability and wheelchair users. Athletes without a known 60m PB can find a time preditor here https://www.brianmac.co.uk/sprints/pred250.htm

·       Sprint hurdles – age groups may be combined in the case of low entries. Appropriate hurdle specifications will be used for each age groupoaches must register attendance in advance.

·       Masters can use senior or age group implements/ specifications for shot put/ hurdles.

·       All event times are approximate and subject to change on the event day.

·       Entries must be submitted, online, no later than 14 days before each meeting.

To sign-up for this event, the Service Fee is2% (min 25p) for each sign-up. The organiser also pays 2% (min 25p)
