"The perfect beginner's Triathlon!"
Included in the event price are a trophy and tee shirt for all finishers, and a comprehensive pre-race advice service (by email, text or phone) to answer all your questions about training for the race. Supporters/spectators are welcome on race day and can watch the action from a nice poolside cafe or from the Esplanade. Last year the event was sold out by Easter so enter early to avoid missing out.
Event Details:
264 metres swim (heated, open air pool)
17km bike (undulating course on minor roads)
4km run (flat course on minor roads & pavement)
Open to ages 15 and over (Must be 15 on December 31st 2013 to take part)
