Incorporating the National Championships for Tristar and Youth athletes

The Fusion Triathlon Club National Tristar and Youth Championships is a fun event set in the grounds of Glasgow's Bellahouston Park. The event is aimed at all abilities as well as hosting the National Championships and is an ideal introduction to the sport of Triathlon. The course is on traffic free park roads with the run course mostly on grass. All entrants will receive a goodie bag with race day momento's.

Age 8: 50m Swim / 1.4km Bike / 600m Run
Age 9 - 10: 150m Swim / 3.2km Bike / 1200m Run
Age 11 - 12: 200m Swim / 6km Bike / 1800m Run
Age 13 - 14: 300m Swim / 8km Bike / 2400m Run
Age 15 - 16: 400m Swim / 10km Bike / 3000m Run

The bike sections are on tarmac and 100% traffic free. The run course is mostly grass.

Triathlon age groups are based on age at end of the year. e.g. If you're 11th birthday is coming up this September then you'll race in the 11-12 age group, even though you'll only be 10 on the day of the race. This ensures that you race against the same people all year through.

Race Starts at 11am - Registration from 9am - 10.30am
