Holmwood House Junior Triathlon is not open for public entries yet, and it is currently being tested by its organisers. You will not be able to make a test entry unless you have a relevant password.

Part of the 2010 Eastern Region League

Registration 7.30am to 8.30am. First wave starts at 9.30am

8 Yrs Swim 56m Bike 800m Run 600m
9 - 10 Yrs Swim 120m Bike 2000m Run 1200m
11 - 12 Yrs Swim 200m Bike 4000m Run 1800m
13 - 14 Yrs Swim 280m Bike 6000m Run 2400m

Swim: indoor heated 14m pool.
Cycle: enclosed grass course suitable for MTB or road bike.
Run: enclosed grass course.

Cycle helmets are compulsory - No helmet, no race!

(an extra £2.00 for insurance will be charged on the day for non-BTA members)
