Event details

Based at the premier facilities of The University of Bath Sports Training Village, overlooking the heritage city of Bath, Bath Amphibians present the 13th Annual City of Bath Triathlon on 11th July 2010. There are two separate races on the day which should appeal to both the experienced and novice triathletes; the Standard triathlon and the Sprint triathlon.

The swim will take place in a 50m indoor pool, the cycle through the Somerset countryside and the run will be around the university campus.

Sprint Triathlon: 750m swim, 25k bike, 5k run, price £42
Reduction for BTA members: £3.00
Reduction for entry before 3rd June: £5.00

Entry fees online only.

Entries close on June 26th or earlier if the entry limit is reached. There will be no entries on the day.

Race pack, course details and start times will be available at the Bath Amphibians web site approximately 2 weeks before the start date. To see the likely layout, you can still download the 2009 race pack - we do not anticipate major changes to the course or organisation of the race. No race packs will be sent by post.

We will be announcing photographers for this event shortly, which by its very nature is in the public arena. When entering for the event the participant acknowledges this, which may result in the recording of his/her image.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy tries to be fair to us, who incur costs from the moment of entry; you, who may have some unexpected injury or change of circumstances; and other competitors, who are denied entry once the event fills up. For 2010 our policy is as follows.

Cancellation 10th June or earlier - full refund minus £5 administration costs.
Cancellation 11th June to 27th June - 50% refund
Cancellation 28th June or later - no refunds
