1500m Open water Swim, 55Km Bike 10Km Run

Double Triathlon Race consists of two laps of each discipline

Registration opens at 6.30am in the marquee next to the lake.

The cafe will open at 8am and there is free parking for spectators too

Race start 9.00am with the Open water Swim in clean freshwater lake at the Activity Centre. Check on Runaround website the week before for water temperature, this will dictate whether wetsuits are mandatory

Next a very short run to the secure racked transition area (grassed) for T1 to pick up Bikes etc.

The Bike route is made up of a mixture of undulating and twisting roads round the Worcestershire lanes with some flat areas, fast descents and some tougher rolling roads especially the climb out of Great Whitley for those competing in the two lap race.

The Run is held on Farm tracks and paths round the Activity centre, going down to and along side the River Severn with a loop back nr the Castle back round to the Lake.
