750m Open water Swim, 27.5Km Bike 5Km Run

Sprint Triathlon Race consists of one lap of each discipline

Registration opens at 6.30am in the marquee next to the lake.

The cafe will open at 8am and there is free parking for spectators too

Race start separately with the Open water Swim in clean freshwater lake at the Activity Centre.

Next a very short run to the secure racked transition area (grassed) for T1 to pick up Bikes etc.

The Bike route is made up of a mixture of undulating and twisting roads round the Worcestershire lanes with some flat areas, fast descents and some tougher rolling roads especially the climb out of Great Whitley

The Run is held on Farm tracks and paths round the Activity centre, going down to and along side the River Severn with a loop back nr the Castle back round to the Lake.
