| East Coast Disabled Triathlon is not open for public entries yet, and it is currently being tested by its organisers. You will not be able to make a test entry unless you have a relevant password. Please select which class you will be competing in based on the following information. More information about athlete profiles and TRI competition classes are available from the British Triathlon web site at www.britishtriathlon.org/about TRI 1: Profiles 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 i.e wheelchair users with arm impairment. Swim, Tricycle or Hand Cycle and Wheelchair. Help allowed for transition. TRI 2: Profiles 12, 13, 14, 17a, 31, 32, 27 i.e severe impairment of 2 or more limbs. Swim, Tricycle, Run. Help allowed for transition. TRI 3: Profiles 8, 9, 10, 11, 17b, 18a i.e wheelchair users with no or minimal arm impairment. Swim, Hand cycle, Wheelchair. Help allowed for transition. TRI 4: Profiles 18b, 19a, 20a, 26, 28, 25 i.e severe impairment of one lower limb, or moderate impairment of 2 lower limbs, or minimal impairment of 4 limbs. Swim, Cycle, Run. TRI 5: Profiles 16, 21 ,22 i.e impairment in one or both upper limbs. Swim, Cycle, Run. TRI 6: Profiles 15, 19b, 20b, 23, 24, 29 i.e slight impairment of one or 2 limbs. Swim, Cycle, Run. TRI 7: Profiles 36, 37a, 37b i.e totally blind and partially sighted as defined by BBS. Swim, Tandem, Run (all with guide). TRI 8: Profile 39 i.e. learning impairment as defined by UK SAPLD.
