Three waves of 50 competitors; first wave: 9.30 am

Race Centre: Diss High School, Walcot Road, Diss, IP22 4DH. Free parking, changing, showers and refreshments

Entry Fee: £22 BTA members, £25 non BTA Members

2010 BTF Race licence must be produced on race day, failure to do so will result in competitor having to purchase a day licence at a cost of £3.

If you are not a BTF member you are required to purchase a day membership to take part in a BTF sanctioned event. A day membership provides you with civil liability and personal accident insurance cover during the event. The cost of a day membership for this event is £3, hence race entry for non-BTA members is £25

Refunds up to 28th February 2010, minus £5 administration fee. After this date no refunds will be made.

By entering on line, you agree to receive race details by e-mail, these will be sent to the e mail address supplied, approximately 2 week before the event and also available on www.tri-anglia.co.uk

Prizes: 1st, 2nd, 3rd male and female overall and 1st male and female in each age group

Results will be available on our website shortly after the event.
