RUN - 5 km : BIKE - 23 km : RUN - 5 km First Wave starts at 8.10 am 3 waves of 50 athletes ten minutes apart, waves arranged by age group and sex Entry Fee £21 (£18 to BTA members on production of 2010 race licence on race day) Minimum Age 16 Years on 20 September 2010 Refunds up to 5 September less £5 handling charge. No refunds after 5 September Note: by entering on-line, you agree that you will receive race information on-line. This will be sent to the email address you supply approximately 2 weeks before the event and will also be available on Ipswich Triathlon Club website (www.ipswich-tri.org) Results will be available on our website shortly shortly after the race. | |||||||
