The open water swim starts from Whitlingham Outdoor Centre. The swim is one clearly marked lap of Whitlingham Great Broad, an ex quarry boasting one of the best inland water qualities in East Anglia.

The cycle course is a single lap, heading out of Norwich on undulating roads, the course takes in five historic norfolk villages before turning onto a long fast section of B road, which then drops back down towards Norwich with unpresidented views of the city.

The run, is a two lap course (of unequal distance) which is a mixture of interesting off road, woodland, river bank, lakeside track and is considered to be challenging!

Chip timing, secure transition, a safe family atmosphere, children's fun run, catering facilities and entertainment.

2010 BTF Race licence must be produced at registration. If you are not a BTF member you are required to purchase a day membership to take part in a BTF sanctioned event. A day membership provides you with civil liability and personal accident insurance cover during the event. The cost of a day membership for this event is £3, hence race entry for non-BTA members is £48. Day licences can be collected from registration.

To keep costs down race t-shirts are available to order at an extra cost of £10 each and will be available for collection at registration. The t-shirts will carry the names of all the competitors on the reverse and feature the Norwich Triathlon logo on the front.
