RAF Cranwell Sprint Champs

Event Information

RAF Cranwell Sprint Champs is not open for public entries yet, and it is currently being tested by its organisers. You will not be able to make a test entry unless you have a relevant password.
RAF Cranwell will host the final race in the RAF/ Towergate Wilsons Tri-a-Tri Sprint Triathlon Series and will incorporate the RAF Sprint Tri Championships and the University Air Squadron Triathlon Championships. The course comprises a 400m pool swim, 25km bike on open public roads and a 5km run around RAF Cranwell area. Team entries are welcome to compete for the RAF Sprint Tri Champs and the UAS Champs, rules for which are available in the Administrative Order on www.raftri.org.uk and in AP3415. We look forward to seeing you at the start line and at the other race events. REGISTRATION WILL OPEN FROM 1000-1200. RACE BRIEF 1230. RACE START FROM 1300. REGISTRATION BY CASH OR CHEQUE ON THE DAY IS DISCOURAGED AND WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED UNTIL 1100. RAF Triathlon Sprint Series Races are open to military personnel, dependants, MoD civilians, employees of MOD contractors (long-term), UAS Cadets and Towergate Wilsons employees. All civilians must sign a declaration certificate on registration and are to arrange for personal accident and liability insurance. All competitors are eligible to compete for individual prizes, but only RAF personnel may win the Male/Female RAF Sprint Tri Champion title.
