All competitors must be at least 15 years old on the day of the race.
The race is held on paths/roads starting at the seafront and passing the historic Burns cottage in the second half of the race.
The course is relatively flat and suitable for runners of all abilities
If making a block booking on behalf of other runners you must supply details for each runner and not enter them all under one name or club.
