8 years (Tristar Start) Swim 50 metres Cycle 800m Run 600 metres 9/10 years (Tristar 1) Swim 150 metres Cycle 2km Run 1200 metres 11/12 years (Tristar 2) Swim 200 metres Cycle 4km Run 1800 metres 13/14 years (Tristar 3) Swim 300 metres Cycle 5km Run 2400 metres 15/16 years (Youth) Swim 400 metres Cycle 7km 3000 metres Swim: indoor 25 metre pool. Cycle and Run: grass playing field

Changing, Showers, Refreshments, Medals for finishers

Entry Fee: £12.00 for BTA members or £14.00 for non-members**. Tristar Starts - £5
