Our 14th Hyrox simulation at Fit Body Farm will be on Sunday 7th April

For the first time we'll be offering the Pro Doubles division

Our last simulation sold out with 1 week so we'd advise booking early 

It's is a great chance to try Hyrox for the first time, try to beat your last time, try a new division or to simulate a live event in the lead up to Hyrox Berlin, London or the World Champs in Nice

We are opening 150 spots and we expect these to go quickly

The day will run from approximately 8.30am to 5pm.

The exact start times for each person will be emailed out on Thursday 6th April

Although this is a non competitive event, we will aim to have Hyrox helpers at each station keeping you right on proper form, rep counting (wall balls) and encouragement.

HYROX TRAINING

We’ll also have our weekly Hyrox training on to help get you prepared for the simulation and events.

Hyrox workouts are at the following times are.. 

Thurs 5.30pm, 6.45pm

Fri 6am, 9.30am

Sat 7.30am 

You can pay as you go (£10 per session) or sign up to a monthly membership (£32.50)

Membership is for one class a week

PS Fit Body Farm was Scotlands first Hyrox partner facility and one of only a handful in the country. 

Not only is the farm a stunning location to train, you also have the big benefit of being coached by a passionate Hyrox athlete, Gavin Hogarth.

Gavin was recently part of the World record setting 40+ relay team in Birmingham.

He  won AG bronze at the 2023 Hyrox World Championships in Mixed Doubles. He also has a 1.03 PB in Pro Men, 55.15 in Mens Doubles, 57.15 in Mixed Doubles and is 1 of only 4 qualified Hyrox coaches in Scotland.
