TRA Permit application: TBC

We return in 2024 for another 10mile trail run, raising money for Essex & Herts Air Ambulance whilst taking in the bleak Essex beautiful countryside in late Autumn.

Registration from 10:30 to 11.00 when we hope to get you set off.  (This will give you chance to dash over from a local parkrun!)

Limited entries of 50 to keep and small and personal.  All runners get a buff or beany hat, finishers medal and a free hot drink when you hand your race number into to the staff inside the Kawasaki Cafe  (There is the option to buy a massive breakfast before the run too, with the excuse that you can run it off straight afterwards!) 

Water bottle exchange point out on course just past the half way point at the top of the only real climb.
