I am an amateur as defined by U.K.A. and agree to abide by its rules. I will participate only if I am fit to run the distance selected. I will not hold responsible Frome Half Marathon , or any person or body involved in the organisation of the event, for any injury or illness resulting from the event.
Timing chip terms and conditions: I also agree that failure to return my timing transponder immediately after my race, will result in the issue of an invoice to me for £75.00 for the replacement cost. I agree that I must pay this invoice within 14 days of receipt.

I agree to www.EntryCentral.com's Terms and Conditions: I understand that my personal details will be stored on computer. I understand that my name, age group (if applicable) and gender will appear on the public list of competitors for an event when I enter that event. I understand that in the event of event cancellation, that the entry fee will be refunded to me by EntryCentral, less the EntryCentral transaction charges where EntryCentral has completed processing the registration in good faith. I understand that in the event of my withdrawal from any event, that each event has its own withdrawals policy, and that I should initiate any refund from the event organiser who will instruct EntryCentral as appropriate. I am at least eighteen years old. I am registering my own details, or I am a parent or legal guardian of a child I am registering.

The event organiser may be approached by the sport's governing body for the personal details you have entered this event with. For example, if you are not a member of their organisation already, they may need to know about you so that you can be insured by them. EntryCentral will not pass your details onto anybody except the event organiser .and the sport's governing body
