Selling two weeks, 19 and 20. The dates on which these fall varies year-to-year, and week 20 usually (but not always) includes Ironman Lanzarote.

How it works:
Standard prices for public bookings(code CG - sleeps 6)
A member of the public could hire an apartment like mine in the same weeks for £1136 and then pay for airport transfers + bike etc
Timeshare owners pay a service fee £569/week (in 2009) and then get free airport transfers for all 6.
If you don't want to use your week in any year, it costs you nothing, CLS just rent it out to the public instead
Meanwhile, your timeshare accumulates value like any property investment.

Here is the apartment layout

There are two single beds in each bedroom (which can be pulled together) and two single sofa beds in the living area. I think they will provide up to two more single mattresses in the living area if you really want.
