CAR PARKING

Limited car parking will be available at Dunbarney Primary School, Bridge of Earn, PH2 9DY. Please car share where possible. Please ensure you park considerately as it is a residential area.

START TIME/REGISTRATION/FACILITIES

Race start time: 7.30pm on Wednesday 3rd July.

Registration: Registration will be from 18:00 to 19:10, in the Bridge of Earn Institute, 123 Station Rd, Bridge of Earn, Perth PH2 9EA.
You will receive your number at registration. Your number MUST BE WORN ON YOUR FRONT (on your chest and not on shorts). Please ensure it is clearly visible (not folded, reduced in size or obstructed by any clothing, vest or waist packs) throughout the race and especially at the finish line for accurate placing and timing. For safety and insurance reasons, swapping of race numbers is strictly prohibited. Runners must use the race number they have been allocated and must not transfer their number to somebody else.

Anyone caught transferring numbers will be disqualified and may be banned from future events as this can have serious implications if a runner becomes unwell during the event.

Race start location: The race starts at the Manse Road/Chaise Road junction – this is a couple of minutes along the road from the Bridge of Earn Institute. Please allow time to get there before the race starts for the race briefing.

Please align yourself suitably and considerately at the start line based on your pace and need to pursue a target time.

Toilet facilities: Toilets are available at the Bridge of Earn Institute but there are no changing facilities so please turn up ready to run.

The race is run under UK Athletics Rules and is a Scottish Athletics licensed event.

Further information on the race can be found on the Perth Road Runners website.

HEADPHONES - PLEASE NOTE: Given the nature of the course and for the safety of all runners it is important that all runners can hear instructions from marshalls. Therefore, the use of ANY headphones (including bone conducting ones) during the race is NOT PERMITTED. Anyone ignoring this rule will be disqualified from the race. If you can't run without them, then please don't enter.

FINISHING TIMES/RESULTS

The race will be run on gun time. Provisional results will be available on Webscorer's results page during/after the race. Official, tabulated results will be posted on the Brig Bash FB Page (https://www.facebook.com/groups/brigbash) and Perth Road Runners website later in the evening (http://www.perthroadrunners.co.uk/).
