Beginner Sessions
Only pre-approved members can join these sessions. If you are unsure if you are pre-approved please contact Craig Williams.
Coached Sessions
In order for you to take part in these coached sessions you must be able to swim 200 metres (8 lengths) front crawl with goggles and your head in the water. Please bring along your Kick Board, Pull Buoy, Swim Fins and Hand Paddles.
